1 用途

   HY220A 制動器拖滯力矩及密封在線試驗臺專門設計用于制動器的下列試驗:

l 盤式制動器拖滯力矩

l 盤式制動器高壓密封

2 特點

l 平板觸摸屏計算機控制,參數及顯示

l 操作簡便，工作可靠

l 可實現同時測量氣密性和拖滯扭矩，也可分開單獨測量

3 結構原理與氣動原理

     此試驗臺制動鉗密封聯結使用產自德國的氣動快速連結器，高壓管與制動鉗的密封聯結在3秒內就可以完成，且密封效果好，提高了工作效率，氣動快速連結器外形見下圖。

1 Purpose

3 Structure Principle and Pneumatic Principle
The test bench brake clamp seal connection uses a German pneumatic fast connector. The sealing connection between the high-pressure pipe and the brake clamp can be completed within 3 seconds, and the sealing effect is good, improving the working efficiency and pneumatic fast coupling. The shape of the device is shown in the figure below.

  此外此試驗臺使用了高精度壓力傳感器（萬分之五），使測量精度大大提高。

 In addition, the test bed uses a high-precision pressure sensor(five tenths of a million), which greatly improves the measurement accuracy.
